Still trying to get past poor contest ratings but appreciate the feedback :) ... Alberto is a local realtor and loved the 'squinch' concept. Please comment on what could be improved.

I'd definitely suggest posting in the forum for back and forth feedback (and something easy to check back on)

And keep submitting and getting feedback, critiques, and tips!
